I had a wonderful experience at Blooms Hotel. The property is absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean. Every member of the staff, including the security team, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Their hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I genuinely love this property and will definitely choose Blooms again in the future. Highly recommended!

Helpful reception staff. Lady personally rushed to the pharmacy to help with my daughter's fever, in early hours of the day. The gentleman who helped with reservations was also very considerate. Room service was impeccable. Whatever asked for, was given without questioning why. Room was very spacious. Budget hotel. Highly recommend.

Didn’t have breakfast, but ordered some rice, cauliflower and chicken dishes for dinner, it was lovely but felt it was priced bit high.

All the staff members are friendly and helpful. I would particularly like to mention Nirupama at the reception was incredibly wonderful and helped out of way. To explain the earliest check in was at 11 but i reached at 9 and had to leave for work and get ready before that. She gave me a temporary room where i could get fresh offered breakfast, though it was charged, but the kind of courtesy which was provided was commendable. She is very soft spoken and an asset to the company. Thank you very much Nirupama. Really appreciate all your help.

The room is surprisingly good, cozy.. everything is neat..the only thing they could do better is that rather than giving the tv near the bed they could put it it in the living room which is a much better place..

Bloom Hotel HITEC City, Where do I start from. My experience during my stay at Bloom Hyderabad has been second to none.The environment is cozy and welcoming, secured with Professionalism. My 01 night of stay at Bloom Hyderabad gave me a great experience of the Hitech City.The customer service received was excellent,All your staff was able to apply human empathy and listen attentively to my request. Not only that they listened but also demonstrated 3R Method: 1. Relate 2. Reassure 3. Resolve They have gone Over and beyond. This is what is called quality service.Am well impressed with the hygine standards that the hotel abide to. Looking forward to checking inn /staying @ Bloom Hyderabad in the near future as well. Thanks for looking after me and making me feel welcome.
